Salvador did an excellent job on my new house. I thought that I didn't need an inspection for my new house, but I'm so glad I brought him. He found so many things that I had to require the builder to fix before I closed. He is very professional and detailed. I highly recommend him.

My original home inspector flaked on me, and I really lucked out by reaching Dominguez Property Inspections. Having a full slate of inspections that day, I think he might have skipped lunch to come to my house for an inspection and he did a great job. He was efficient and still did a thorough explanation at the end. He also didn't charge me extra for the last minute call. I appreciated that so much and would highly recommend him to anyone.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the work that Salvador and his company have done for us. We are purchasing a new home and their reporting was detailed and inclusive. Salvador notified us both by phone and email every step of the way. We are would not hesitate to use them again.

I highly recommend Dominguez Property Inspections.Salvador was flexible in scheduling my home inspection. His report was issued shortly after the inspection and it was thorough. The builder of my home did not agree with one of the findings being a building code requirement. Salvador went the extra mile and called the County of Riverside for confirmation. Thank you Salvador.

This was my first time in escrow, meeting Salvador and getting his expert opinion on the property was tremendously helpful! He is personable easy to talk to and breaks everything down for you. It's a big decision to buy a house and I was not familiar with a lot of the terminology. he walked me through everything step by step. My family thanks you and really appreciates your thorough work.

Salvador did a full home inspection for a used home we purchased in Palm Desert. He was on time, friendly and very thorough. He even answered questions before I thought of them. Best of all, he was always available to answer all my questions after he did the initial inspection. I highly recommend them.

As part of a new home inspection, we employed the services of Salvador. He was not only very thorough and meticulous in documenting his findings, but also very patient in answering all our questions post-inspection. He is very professional, and has a customer centric point of view that is a rare commodity these days. I hope to employ his services again in the future, and recommend him 100%

My choice of inspectors was made easy by Salvador, he was immediately responsive to all my phone calls and questions even before the inspection was done. I was given a price quote, and was told what to expect with the inspection and when to expect the test results. I received two professional reports with photos, explanations and lab results as well as a phone call from Salvador to review the results with me and answer my questions. Yes, I would definitely refer Dominguez Property Inspections.

Skilled experienced and confident
I researched mr Dominguez before appointing him to inspect my propsed house purchase. Hi knowledge and experience gave me the confidence he would be thorough. I was proved right. He was fully equipped and spent detailed time to investigate every corner of the house above and beyond expecations. Other reators were present and were so impressed with his diligence, I thought he might run out of cards.
